Name of the Film: 1917, Sam Mendes
It starts with the First World War, where two soldiers are sent
to deliver a message to call off the attack. They had to pass through the enemy
territory to reach to the general and deliver the message. In the journey they
had to face many casualties which were more strenuous for them. One of the
soldiers had his brother in the first wave of attack which could lead him to
death. The message was so important that it could save thousand lives of
soldiers.
Personal Experience
The task is more strenuous when we have the bigger
responsibilities especially when it concerns about the lives of the people. I
could feel the pressure of their work which they had to complete without fail
because it could lead to death of thousands of lives
The excellent camerawork makes the movie an unstoppable
force and the portrayal of lives of soldiers during the World war makes this
film an excellent period drama that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
